Meet outside Dorking Halls
Meeting in Dorking and exploring a mix of trail and roads in the area. With runs to Denbies Vineyard, Boxhill, along the Deepdene trail, the Nower and more. Lots of variation and fun. This is an intermediate run, with runs of 4-8miles at times, usually on average 10k. Steady pace not fast.
Please ensure you wear high vis clothing and bring a head torch with you. Updates as to routes and appropriate footwear will be post on the MVR Facebook page.
