This run uses a mix of trail and road. Leaders will advise runners on the MVR facebook each week about what terrain and route they will be running.
There are on most occasions 3 run leaders and therefore the potential to split into 3 groups part way through, from 5k upwards.
More often than not this group will stop off for a drink in the Woodman pub afterwards for a drink and chat.
